30 Day Blogging Challenge

This is my birthday week, and I’ve decided to create my own 30 day blogging challenge. Can I write, publish, and promote, one blog post per day for 30 days?

For my challenge, I will not be doing 30 consecutive days. I am a firm believer in days off, so my challenge will be for 30 business days, Monday through Friday for 6 weeks, starting today.

The rules for my 30 day challenge:

  • All posts will appear on the WeirdTrep Blog
  • The challenge will run from June 15, 2020, through July 24, 2020
  • Each post will be promoted on Twitter and Facebook (extra credit if I also post on Instagram or Pinterest)
  • If I miss a day I will need to make it up, either on the next Saturday or add a day to the end of the challenge.
  • The posts do not need to be any certain length or on any certain topic.
  • The challenge ends when I have 30 published posts on this blog (SUCCESS), or when I miss a total of 10 days. (FAIL)
  • This post counts as post #1. 29 to go!

To make it more fun, I would love it if you would join me in my challenge! Follow my rules, or make your own! Let me know on Twitter and use the hashtag #WeirdtrepBloggingChallenge

To make it even more fun, let’s have a contest! If I have at least 10 people join me in the blogging challenge I will add some prizes for people who complete the challenge. If you would like to donate a prize be sure to let me know!

IMPORTANT! This contest is just for fun and creates no obligation for me or anyone who participates! “Prizes” will be of the “fun” variety and may have no monetary value.

To enter the contest:

  • Follow me on Twitter @WeirdTrep
  • Share this blog post and use the hashtag #weirdtrepcontest
  • Join the WeirdTrep Facebook Group where you can share your blog links and keep us updated on your progress.

The encourage and support your fellow #WeirdTrepBloggingChallenge participants and have a good time!

Please let me know what you think in the comments.

Happy Blogging!
